VRL Travels Ticket Cancellation Policy

Terms of Cancellation and Service (By Bus Operator)
- The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued.
- The company undertaken no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However, proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made.
- Tickets are not transferable.
- The management reserves the right to off-load passengers who are travelling on incorrect tickets, disturbing the co-passengers and also drunken passengers, without refund.
- The management reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change or delay the vehicle without assigning any reason and to change the sitting arrangements in case of emergency.
- The management is not responsible for your luggage / baggage / belongings inside the bus / office and disputed value should be within Rs.1000/-. If passenger carries any luggage or parcel worth more than Rs.1000/- will be at passenger’s risk.
- Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for passengers who are late. No Refund for untravelled ticket.
- Passengers are required to produce Govt. issued ID proof compulsory while boarding the bus.
- One passenger is allowed to carry the baggage upto 20 kg and ticket will be charged for child above 1 year of age.
- Co-Seats of lady passenger to be confirmed to lady passenger only, no accommodation given to male passenger.
- Pets, Contraband and explosive articles are not allowed in the coach. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach.
- No cancellation is allowed for pre-poned / postponed tickets.
- The coaches and the passengers are covered by insurance. In the event of accidents and consequential injury, loss of life and other damages, such contingencies are covered by the insurance.
- No tips shall be paid to operating crew and No video service between 11.00 PM to 6.00 AM.
- For manual ticket cancellation and any other passenger detail changes (within the cancellation time specified above) the customer has to visit nearest company office / agency with copy of govt.issuied id proof and respective ticket copy. Telephonic request / mail will not be entertained.
- Blankets will be provided in A/C coaches only.
- All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at HUBBALLI ONLY.

- Management is not responsible for your luggage s/baggage belongings inside the bus/office.
- The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued. Any personal luggage or belongings should be taken care of by the passangers themselves or any disputed value should be within Rs.1000/-. Passangers should not carry articles worth more than Rs.1000/-. Any luggage or parcel worth more than Rs.1000/- at parties risk only.

- For ticket cancellation and any other changes the customer has to visit nearest company office with ticket and telephonic request will not be entertained.
- The coaches and the passengers are covered by insurance. In the event of accidents and consequential injury, loss of life and any other damages, such contingencies are covered by the insurance.
- Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch/agency counter.
- Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey
- Any passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the coach.
- Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. ( Depending Upon Seat Availability.
- The cancellation refund will be provided as a cash coupon with an expiry time of one year. You can use this cash coupon anytime with in that one year to do any further bookings.
- Cash coupon may be redeemed as a refund to your respective Credit/Debit Card account with in 30 days of the ticket cancellation. The amount will be credited in your account with in 8 to 10 working days after the refund initiation. The refund cash coupon amount would carry a Payment Gateway transaction charge of 5%(For E-Ticket Only).
- For children above 5year full ticket complusory,With out ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age proof Required) .
- Audio, video and Fan Complimentary and No video service between 12 Midnight to 6 a.m.
- Within 4 hours from station main departure time their is no Pre/Postpone and Open ticket.
- Pre/ Post/ Open ticket is not allowed in connecting services.
- Difference Amount will not be refunded, in case of Pre/ Post/ Open ticket cases.
- If booked coach gets cancelled/Change, Diifferent seats can be given in other coach/Same Coch.

- Any Sort Of Disputes Will be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts In BANGALORE.
- With the purchase of this ticket passengers are bound by Terms and Conditions of SRS travels.
Note:Carrying Fireworks/crackers are prohibited, if found passengers are not allowed to board the bus nor ticket amount is refunded.

Terms of Cancellation and Service (By Bus Operator)
- Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. (Depending Upon Seat Availability). For children above 5 year full ticket compulsory, without ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age proof required).
- Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as “Not Report” passenger and not entitled for any refund of the ticket amount.
- Company not responsible for the delays caused en route due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc.
- Within 8 hours from main station departure time there is no Pre/Postpone and Open ticket. In case of Open, Pre/Postpone, a cash coupon of full amount (Which is not refundable) having validity of 23 days will be sent on customers e-mail id. You can use this cash coupon anytime within those 23 days to do any further bookings. Difference Amount will not be refunded, in case of Pre/ Post/ Open ticket cases. No cancellation/refund is allowed for tickets booked using pre/postponed or open ticket coupon.
- Company may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances Company shall either reschedule the journey for travel on the next service in the same sector, Subject to availability of seat without any extra charge based on the passenger's conveyance or enable a full refund of the ticket as paid by the passenger and shall be under no further liability to the passenger. In Case of Service Cancellation, Customers are requested not to cancel the tickets on their own. If any customer cancels the ticket, it will be treated as normal cancellation and refund will processed as per the Terms.
- Company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made. In case failure of Air Condition unit Company will refund the amount on a prorata basis.
- Management is not responsible for your luggage s/baggage belongings inside the bus/office.
- Cancellation of tickets purchased through Web should be done through Web only. In Case of E – Ticket Cancellation the cancellation refund will be credited in their account with in 8 to 10 bank working days after the refund initiation. It will carry payment gateway charge 5% on refund amount. Kindly read Terms and Conditions carefully before doing any modification of Ticket.
